Filomeno Olayo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Almagro. Donato Leguizamón hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Honorato Xabel scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adolfo Toli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Lowrider!'s Ciriaco Cresenciano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adolfo Toli. That made the score 2-0 after 16 minutes of play. Agustin Savier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Club Almagro's Adolfo Toli got control of the ball when Honorato Xabel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Agustin Savier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adolfo Toli. Club Almagro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustin Savier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 24 played minutes Lowrider! got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Guillerme. Leonides Olentzaro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adolfo Toli came out and tried to block the shot, but Leonides Olentzaro slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 31st minute. After 35 minutes, Donato Leguizamón mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Almagro and the Lowrider! players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Club Almagro's Donato Leguizamón got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 36 played minutes, Lowrider!'s Elpidio Artal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adolfo Toli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lowrider! reached it. If Sergio Cesaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 played minutes Club Almagro got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Cesaro. Lowrider!'s Agustin Savier was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 46th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Agustin Savier made a kick off. Fabio Rubio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabio Rubio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Olayo having to interfere. Agustin Savier took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adolfo Toli. Adolfo Toli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Filomeno Olayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Teofilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The supporters of Lowrider! booed when Club Almagro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Leguizamón didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Leon Teofilio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lowrider!'s Filomeno Olayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Teofilio in the 74th minute of play. Adolfo Toli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Savier in the 76th minute of the match. In the 77thth minute of the game Ciriaco Cresenciano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Almagro's Adolfo Toli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leon Teofilio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filomeno Olayo having to make a save. Club Almagro's Leon Teofilio got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Ciriaco Cresenciano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leon Teofilio during the 86th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the match, Lowrider!'s goal looked a bit too open when Leon Teofilio came free, but Filomeno Olayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Lowrider! players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
