An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Lopez in the 6th minute of play forced Club Almagro's goalkeeper Adolfo Toli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adolfo Toli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Gaston Lopez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adolfo Toli, 1-0. Mario Matthew took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rene Savier. Rene Savier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Adolfo Toli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Lopez in the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Club Almagro's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Joachim came free, but Adolfo Toli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mario Matthew recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Joachim in the 31st minute of play forced Club Almagro's goalkeeper Adolfo Toli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Almagro's Adolfo Toli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Joachim in the 32nd minute of play. Leon Teofilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Rene Savier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Mario Matthew managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Almagro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Matthew was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Rubio in the 42nd minute of play forced Anta FC's goalkeeper Rene Savier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Gaston Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Toli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leon Teofilio to strike the kick off in the second half. Leon Teofilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Prudencio Abarca was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 57 minutes into the match. The supporters of Anta FC booed when Club Almagro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prudencio Abarca didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Anta FC's Abelardo Urko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adolfo Toli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabio Rubio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 63rd playminute. Club Almagro's Adolfo Toli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Lopez in the 69th minute of play. If Sergio Cesaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaston Lopez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adolfo Toli having to make a save. A collision led to Anta FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Luciano Galoer hit a great ball. After having played for 83 minutes, Sergio Cesaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Almagro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sergio Cesaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaston Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Toli having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Gaston Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Toli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Club Almagro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Teofilio to maneuver through the defense. The Anta FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Club Almagro's performance. The match ended with a win for Club Almagro.
