After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Omar Jakue managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colón's supporters rose to their feet, but Omar Jakue was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacarias Erramun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jimeno Lico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Fernanco in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to Yoscaba getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Federico Herauso hit a great ball. Alvaro Tercero kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. With 16 minutes on the clock, Raul Shepherd commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 15th minute, one of Colón:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Colón. The referee gave Yoscaba a penalty, 17 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Amancio Marz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Colón's Jimeno Lico. 0-1. 23 minutes into the match, Colón's Omar Jakue sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zacarias Erramun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 27 played minutes Yoscaba got a freekick which was hit by Placido Medardo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelino Tino in the 30th minute of play forced Colón's goalkeeper Jimeno Lico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Yoscaba's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Omar Jakue fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 34th minute Angelino Tino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Lico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zacarias Erramun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Jakue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerardo Mede fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Erramun having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Yoscaba's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Mede came free, but Zacarias Erramun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Yoscaba's Severino Olentzaro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jimeno Lico. That made the score 0-2 after 64 minutes of play. Colón's Omar Jakue got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zacarias Erramun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Jakue, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Yoscaba's zone, Modesto Luken stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zacarias Erramun came out of the goal and Modesto Luken tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Omar Jakue received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Zacarias Erramun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Omar Jakue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Modesto Luken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yoscaba's Zacarias Erramun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Luken in the 95th minute of play. Yoscaba were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Colón's much stronger midfield.
