The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Club Sportivo Norte got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Eron. 5 minutes in the game Basilio Aureo after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Teodosio Dolcet. A very good opportunity. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Away From Keyboard !'s goalkeeper Fabian Quiroga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Benicio Roano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 15 minutes into the game, Benicio Roano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fabian Quiroga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Reynaldo Vedillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Teodosio Dolcet made a huge save. Benicio Roano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Fabian Quiroga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Iban charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristian Iban the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Club Sportivo Norte getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Cristian Iban hit a great ball. It was beautiful to see Away From Keyboard !'s Basilio Aureo in action when he in the 27th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 28th match minute, Club Sportivo Norte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amancio Ixona to maneuver through the defense. Club Sportivo Norte's Teodosio Dolcet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Salbatore in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Away From Keyboard !'s goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Roano came free, but Fabian Quiroga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodosio Dolcet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Salbatore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reynaldo Vedillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodosio Dolcet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Reynaldo Vedillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Amancio Ixona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Quiroga having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jairo Salbatore made a kick off. Reynaldo Vedillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Teodosio Dolcet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute Jairo Salbatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Dolcet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Jairo Salbatore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabian Quiroga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benicio Roano, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Fabian Quiroga was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Benicio Roano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 76 minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Away From Keyboard !'s goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Roano came free, but Fabian Quiroga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Away From Keyboard !'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavio Eder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Club Sportivo Norte players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
