The audience was convinced that Jairo Salbatore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Donato Gilabert was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Gregorio Xabier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Quiroga having to interfere. But to his dismay, Jairo Salbatore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jairo Salbatore to make the kick off. Reynaldo Vedillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Donato Gilabert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute Alvaro Fortun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Quiroga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Away From Keyboard !'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Puelo AFC the free kick. After 64 played minutes Away From Keyboard ! got a freekick which was hit by Jairo Salbatore. Alvaro Fortun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Quiroga having to interfere. Donato Gilabert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Salbatore in the 69th minute of play. Jairo Salbatore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. When Aldo Cordaryal fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Puelo AFC's protests and gave Aldo Cordaryal a yellow card for diving instead. After 83 played minutes Puelo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Cordaryal. Away From Keyboard ! were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Puelo AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Filiberto Papo took the corner. Filiberto Papo made a great header on Away From Keyboard !'s corner, it was just that Puelo AFC's Donato Gilabert managed to reach the ball for a save. Puelo AFC's Donato Gilabert proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Puelo AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 89th minute, Gregorio Xabier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Away From Keyboard !'s Prudencio Aurre got a free kick in the 90th minute. Alvaro Fortun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute.
