Daniel Mouricio missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 8 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Nemesio Porfirio right hand side. Leandro Argenis kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Bernardino Eliazar kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After having played for 18 minutes, Casimiro Mambru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barreal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Mambru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Clemente Tximitx made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Ruben Francis sent off a good shot on target. Ruben Francis might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clemente Tximitx. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruben Francis ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Casimiro Mambru got free with Clemente Tximitx in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nemesio Porfirio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Hernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Barreal's Ruben Francis got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filiberto Quintana hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Nemesio Porfirio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Perrando in the 43rd minute of play. Casimiro Mambru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clemente Tximitx having to make a save.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Casimiro Mambru to strike the kick off in the second half. Clemente Tximitx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Bikendi, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Clemente Tximitx didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Casimiro Mambru went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Casimiro Mambru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermengildo Bikendi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clemente Tximitx having to make a save. Clemente Tximitx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruben Francis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barreal's Casimiro Mambru got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Casimiro Mambru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isidoro Fix blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clemente Tximitx having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Casimiro Mambru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clemente Tximitx was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. 84 minutes into the game, Barreal's Casimiro Mambru nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clemente Tximitx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After 91 played minutes, Real Mandril C.F's Daniel Mouricio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nemesio Porfirio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Real Mandril C.F reached it. Clemente Tximitx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Mambru, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Barreal's Nemesio Porfirio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Perrando in the 93rd minute of play.
