Nicanor Urtats showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Norino in the 40th minute of the match. Eriberto Peyo hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute Eduardo Galo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Mark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Sánchez were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Quebrachito FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abelardo Merexildo took the corner. The corner ended in Abelardo Merexildo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Quebrachito FC's Aquiles Mark did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Johans in the 76th minute of play forced Sánchez's goalkeeper Nicanor Urtats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduardo Galo in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquiles Mark prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 77thth minute of the game Eduardo Galo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quebrachito FC's Aquiles Mark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
