When Wilfredo Salvadore fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MIllonarios FC's protests and gave Wilfredo Salvadore a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes MIllonarios FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Salvadore. 16 minutes into the game, A Dos Toques's Haroldo Natal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardino Chano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 25th minute, A Dos Toques's Alfonso Ordono ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bernardino Chano. Bernardino Chano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 42nd minute, Alfonso Ordono got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enrique Urti to make the kick off. Silvio Berasko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Efrain Ioritz's late challenge caught a A Dos Toques's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Efrain Ioritz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th match minute, MIllonarios FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Ioritz to maneuver through the defense. A Dos Toques's Guido Ticho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Urti in the 67th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Haroldo Natal in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardino Chano saved MIllonarios FC from getting behind. Alfonso Ordono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute Enrique Urti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Ticho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 played minutes, A Dos Toques's Constantino Burutzagi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bernardino Chano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in A Dos Toques reached it. If Silvio Berasko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvio Berasko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guido Ticho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Urti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A Dos Toques's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
