The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Le´s Puses F.C.'s Alcides Calçada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Le´s Puses F.C. from getting a goal against them. Delmar Omero hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Julio Fiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13thth minute of the game Dario Hustaz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Capivara AFC's Javier Honrio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Dario Hustaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dario Hustaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Honrio having to interfere. Le´s Puses F.C.'s Beşir Erdoğdu got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Bernardino Gonsalve reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alcides Calçada. The goal made the score 1-0. Dario Hustaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Dario Hustaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Beşir Erdoğdu came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Le´s Puses F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beşir Erdoğdu couldn't finish the play. Dario Hustaz took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Javier Honrio. Javier Honrio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 41st minute Bernardino Gonsalve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alcides Calçada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Le´s Puses F.C.'s Dario Hustaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Javier Honrio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Javier Honrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Hustaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half Le´s Puses F.C. were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dario Hustaz to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Hustaz in the 52nd minute of play forced Capivara AFC's goalkeeper Javier Honrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Le´s Puses F.C.'s Beşir Erdoğdu got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maximiliano Ricart kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Javier Honrio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Hustaz in the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Le´s Puses F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Urdaspal came free, but Alcides Calçada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Le´s Puses F.C. getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Domingo Galtero hit a great ball. Aaron Lidon made in the 62nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Le´s Puses F.C.'s Elvio Eleder. When Le´s Puses F.C.'s Dario Hustaz in 64 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Javier Honrio guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Beşir Erdoğdu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Javier Honrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alcides Calçada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Gonsalve in the 76th minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, Capivara AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Hustaz came free, but Javier Honrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
