After some careless play in the Ferretero defense, Everardo Tonete kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Justo Fraco. The Ferretero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justo Fraco should have stopped the shot. When Sánchez's Eduardo Galo in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ferretero's goalie prevented a goal. Eduardo Galo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Justo Fraco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. The Sánchez fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Sánchez's Eduardo Galo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Eduardo Galo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Justo Fraco managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Sánchez's Everardo Tonete fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 3-0 became the score in the 29th minute when Everardo Tonete elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to Sánchez getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Columbo Camarero hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Everardo Tonete got free with Justo Fraco in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sánchez's Everardo Tonete got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Eduardo Galo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Justo Fraco. That made the score 4-0 in the 41 minute of play. Justo Fraco made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Everardo Tonete sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Eduardo Galo made the kick off in the second half. Sánchez's Everardo Tonete got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute Bruno Playo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Fraco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ferretero's goalkeeper Justo Fraco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduardo Galo in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justo Fraco saved Ferretero from getting behind. When Sánchez's Eduardo Galo in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ferretero's goalie prevented a goal. Justo Fraco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Galo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Nicanor Urtats was a little too slow when Higinio Demario got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 4-1. If Everardo Tonete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcial Manni kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. If Higinio Demario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Justo Fraco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Galo in the 82nd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Eduardo Galo notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Ferretero's Justo Fraco. Justo Fraco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Eduardo Galo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ferretero's Justo Fraco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Playo in the 96th minute of play. Sánchez walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
