Devil Boys FC were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Sporting Club Palermo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. After some careless play in the Sporting Club Palermo defense, Braulio Javiar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnoldo Bela. The Sporting Club Palermo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnoldo Bela should have stopped the shot. The Sporting Club Palermo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Devil Boys FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Devil Boys FC.
