Spectators: 7198 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) Devil Boys FC's Luciano Quico started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Braulio Javiar got free with Lucas Xabat in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amador Bras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Edgard Tonete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Sportivo Desamparados's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Quico came free, but Lucas Xabat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes Devil Boys FC got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Lander. In the 20th minute of the match Gerardo Gonzales shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgard Tonete showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Amador Bras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Epifanio Tonete managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Desamparados's supporters rose to their feet, but Epifanio Tonete was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgard Tonete breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Bixintxo in the 28th minute of play forced Devil Boys FC's goalkeeper Edgard Tonete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Quico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Niceto Lander hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Edgard Tonete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Ur, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The audience was convinced that Aldo Ur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgard Tonete was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. When Aldo Ur came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Sportivo Desamparados fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aldo Ur couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amador Bras to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Gavino Bernaldo put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lucas Xabat. Devil Boys FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Amador Bras scored to the left of an out of position Edgard Tonete, making the score, 1-1. Aaron Bixintxo charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Bixintxo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 65 minutes into the match, Luciano Quico notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Sportivo Desamparados's Lucas Xabat. Lucas Xabat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lucas Xabat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Quico in the 73rd minute of play. Luciano Quico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Lucas Xabat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Braulio Javiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Devil Boys FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Braulio Javiar hit a great ball. Devil Boys FC's Edgard Tonete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Ur in the 86th minute of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Gavino Bernaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Devil Boys FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gavino Bernaldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sportivo Desamparados's Lucas Xabat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Quico in the 92nd minute of play. Lucas Xabat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Quico in the 95th minute of play. Devil Boys FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
