Nereo Abalos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvestre Lauaxeta in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nereo Abalos saved Gutemberg FC from getting behind. Gerardo Abad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvestre Lauaxeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Braulio Milio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Marcial Pere made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Lauaxeta in the 23rd minute of play forced Gutemberg FC's goalkeeper Nereo Abalos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nereo Abalos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Abad in the 25th minute of play. Marcial Pere made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Julio Stephen sent off a good shot on target. Teobaldo Ruy hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. When Parque Norte's Silvestre Lauaxeta in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gutemberg FC's goalie prevented a goal. The Gutemberg FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Parque Norte were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Hilario Gonzalez made the kick off in the second half. Marcial Pere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilario Gonzalez, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 55 played minutes Parque Norte got a freekick which was hit by Silverio Vela. Hilario Gonzalez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Anibal Ermano came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Gutemberg FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anibal Ermano couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 62 in the game by Silvestre Lauaxeta from a close distance when the talented Nereo Abalos managed to make a qualified save. Gutemberg FC's players were relieved. If Gerardo Abad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the game, Fernan Fonda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gutemberg FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Parque Norte the free kick. In the 72nd minute, Fernan Fonda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvestre Lauaxeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Nereo Abalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Nereo Abalos managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Parque Norte's Silvestre Lauaxeta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Parque Norte fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Parque Norte's Silvestre Lauaxeta looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Gerardo Abad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerardo Abad struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Nereo Abalos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Parque Norte. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Silvestre Lauaxeta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Parque Norte's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvestre Lauaxeta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nereo Abalos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
