But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Perfecto couldn't finish the play. Eustacio Acuña who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Ignacio Senon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jorge Micael kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Lanus FC's Angel Vito got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Narciso Perfecto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. CerveKapos F.C's Igor Arlo got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lanus FC's goalkeeper Ignacio Senon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eustacio Acuña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Senon having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as CerveKapos F.C's Narciso Perfecto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ignacio Senon. That made the score 2-0 after 46 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Eustacio Acuña managed to get in a good position for a shot. CerveKapos F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustacio Acuña was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignacio Senon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Narciso Perfecto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind CerveKapos F.C's goalkeeper Alexander Chien-Kwan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Lanus FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Eduardo Veremundo hit a great ball. Lorenzo Inguma took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ignacio Senon. Lanus FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ignacio Senon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Perfecto, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Leonel Gartzen's late challenge caught a Lanus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Narciso Perfecto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Senon having to interfere. Ignacio Senon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Acuña in the 80th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Eustacio Acuña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lanus FC's Ignacio Senon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narciso Perfecto in the 87th minute of play. If Eustacio Acuña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ignacio Senon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Narciso Perfecto's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CerveKapos F.C had played much better football throughout.
