After some careless play in the Ticosis FC defense, Victoriano Mambru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clodoveo Toribio. The Ticosis FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clodoveo Toribio should have stopped the shot. Paulo Lluques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dionisio Sesuldo hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After having played for 44 minutes, Everardo Abilio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cabildo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everardo Abilio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Cabildo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Everardo Abilio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dionisio Sesuldo kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dionisio Sesuldo during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes Ticosis FC got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Sesuldo. After 61 minutes, Paulo Lluques mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ticosis FC and the Cabildo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st match minute, Ticosis FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Lluques to maneuver through the defense. If Paulo Lluques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everardo Abilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clodoveo Toribio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Abilio in the 78th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Isaias Rocio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Laurin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ticosis FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Delmar Sanchez hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Cabildo's Venancio Bermudo tried to score from far away in the 88th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Carolo Cerilo fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ticosis FC's protests and gave Carolo Cerilo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th minute, Carolo Cerilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victoriano Mambru's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Clodoveo Toribio firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 95th minute, Cabildo's Everardo Abilio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. When the final whistle sounded Cabildo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ticosis FC.
