Apolo SFC's Romeo Primeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Raulo in the 39th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damian Raulo in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romeo Primeiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Jerrold got free with Romeo Primeiro in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damian Raulo made a kick off. When Damian Raulo came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Los Borrachos del Galpon fans jumped to their feet. If Alejandro Hug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Jerrold in the 68th minute of play forced Apolo SFC's goalkeeper Romeo Primeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Apolo SFC's German Honesto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomás Martxelin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Los Borrachos del Galpon's Tomás Martxelin got control of the ball when German Honesto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91st minute Jonas Jerrold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Primeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Apolo SFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Jerrold came free, but Romeo Primeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
