The tension between the Cabildo and the Los Borrachos del Galpon players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Cabildo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Ponc to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, Los Borrachos del Galpon's Clemente Ignazio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 17th minute Victoriano Mambru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Martxelin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Everardo Abilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 21 played minutes Cabildo got a freekick which was hit by Andres Ioritz. When Los Borrachos del Galpon's Jonas Jerrold in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Elvio Tomi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Laurin having to interfere. Los Borrachos del Galpon's Tomás Martxelin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Mambru in the 38th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Cabildo's zone, Jonas Jerrold stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anacleto Laurin came out of the goal and Jonas Jerrold tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomás Martxelin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Abilio in the 42nd minute of play. Everardo Abilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Jerrold to strike the kick off in the second half. Benito Ponc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomás Martxelin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Abilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Clemente Ignazio, 61 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Elvio Tomi came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Los Borrachos del Galpon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elvio Tomi couldn't finish the play. Victoriano Mambru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Martxelin having to interfere. Everardo Abilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Martxelin having to interfere. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Borrachos del Galpon's goalkeeper Tomás Martxelin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Victoriano Mambru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Abilio in the 96th minute of play forced Los Borrachos del Galpon's goalkeeper Tomás Martxelin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cabildo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
