After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Tiburcio Enaut managed to get in a good position for a shot. Menem Jr. Competicion's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiburcio Enaut was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulises Odol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Menem Jr. Competicion booed when Dios Querido was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Paublo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alonzo Leoiar kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Nestor Lander hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Dios Querido's Ulises Odol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Dios Querido from getting a goal against them. The attack was good, but when Pablo Llorian in the 29th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Tiburcio Enaut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulises Odol having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Tiburcio Enaut managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pablo Llorian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severiano Peru kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eduardo Abeitia to strike the kick off in the second half. If Pablo Llorian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Dios Querido's Raimundo Chano got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the game's 62nd minute Menem Jr. Competicion's Eusebio Bihar took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Ulises Odol and thus the score was 1-0. Eduardo Abeitia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leonel Lekubegi came out and tried to block the shot, but Eduardo Abeitia slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 70th minute. When Leonardo Paublo fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dios Querido's protests and gave Leonardo Paublo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Dios Querido's Leonardo Paublo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Enaut in the 75th minute of play forced Dios Querido's goalkeeper Ulises Odol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Menem Jr. Competicion getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Celedonio Indar hit a great ball. Dios Querido's Tomas Lalla was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leonel Lekubegi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ulises Odol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Llorian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardo Abeitia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Lekubegi having to interfere. Dios Querido succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Menem Jr. Competicion had controlled the match.
