Spectators: 6550 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Norberto Domenec kicked off to start the match. Norberto Domenec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Fernandez having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Estudiantes de Caseros's zone, Joaquin Quin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cosme Leizarraga came out of the goal and Joaquin Quin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciro Rolado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th match minute, Deportivo Wanchope was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Egun to maneuver through the defense. Norberto Domenec recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Remigio Ordono kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to Deportivo Wanchope getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Remigio Ordono hit a great ball. Candido Frisco hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Estudiantes de Caseros's Ciro Vito got a free kick in the 45th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Horacio Atarrabi made the kick off in the second half. Horacio Atarrabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute, Elpidio Urbez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Horacio Atarrabi scored 1-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cosme Leizarraga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Angelo Llope made a great header on Estudiantes de Caseros's corner, it was just that Deportivo Wanchope's Matias Fernandez managed to reach the ball for a save. If Norberto Domenec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th match minute, Estudiantes de Caseros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Candido Frisco to maneuver through the defense. When Horacio Atarrabi came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Deportivo Wanchope fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horacio Atarrabi couldn't finish the play. Matias Fernandez made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Ciro Rolado sent off a good shot on target. 74 minutes into the match, Ciro Rolado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Matias Fernandez, 1-1. Norberto Domenec in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Matias Fernandez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Joaquin Quin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cosme Leizarraga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Quin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Estudiantes de Caseros's Norberto Domenec slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Matias Fernandez. That made the score 1-2 after 93 minutes of play.
