Samborombón's Feliberto Maurin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Uxio in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Arsenio Mergildo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arsenio Mergildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feliberto Maurin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsenio Mergildo in the 19th minute of the match. Arsenio Birjaio's late challenge caught a Saguier AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of Saguier AFC booed when Samborombón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Bartuelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Eate missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 27 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Feliberto Maurin right hand side. Samborombón's Javier Diegotxe got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of Samborombón:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Saguier AFC:s goal. In the 36th minute there was a penalty for Saguier AFC. Carlos Eate stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Feliberto Maurin. 0-2. Feliberto Maurin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Uxio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teobaldo Pancho during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Saguier AFC getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Teobaldo Pancho hit a great ball. In the 57th match minute, Samborombón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipolito Colas to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Uxio got free with Feliberto Maurin in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonas Uxio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Feliberto Maurin having to make a save. Teobaldo Pancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Maurin having to interfere. Hipolito Colas hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. If Jonas Uxio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feliberto Maurin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Pelagius in the 79th minute of play. Feliberto Maurin made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Jonas Uxio sent off a good shot on target. Amado Jobo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th match minute, Saguier AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Pancho to maneuver through the defense. Feliberto Maurin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Uxio in the 87th minute of play. Samborombón's Feliberto Maurin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Uxio in the 92nd minute of play. Saguier AFC played a much better game than Samborombón and deserved their victory. The Samborombón players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
