Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Itatí's Carmelo Etxekopar got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 6 minutes into the game, Nicolas Dorio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Itatí's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Facundo the free kick. In the 6th minute, Nicolas Dorio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Micael could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Arnaldo Baumar made a huge save. After 10 minutes, Dante Micael made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Facundo's Arnaldo Baumar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dante Micael received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arnaldo Baumar came out and tried to block the shot, but Dante Micael slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 13th minute. With his leg Arnaldo Baumar managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Itatí's Dante Micael fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 18th minute, Generoso Maura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Itatí booed when Facundo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Rolado didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Dante Micael sped through Facundo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arnaldo Baumar. In the 28th minute, Apolo Matthew ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Firmin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After some careless play in the Facundo defense, Rodolfo Liberto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnaldo Baumar. The Facundo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnaldo Baumar should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Facundo getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Apolo Matthew hit a great ball. Itatí's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Generoso Maura in the 46th minute. A nice corner shot did that Generoso Maura got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnaldo Baumar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Higinio Romildo to strike the kick off in the second half. Facundo's Arnaldo Baumar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Micael in the 54th minute of play. Apolo Matthew charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Apolo Matthew the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Facundo's Apolo Matthew got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 61st minute of the match Generoso Maura shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnaldo Baumar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 63rdth minute of the game Dante Micael who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Facundo's Arnaldo Baumar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Facundo's Arnaldo Baumar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Micael in the 65th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Itatí's Carmelo Etxekopar got a free kick in the 66th minute. Alfredo Firmin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Romildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Liberto in the 71st minute of play forced Facundo's goalkeeper Arnaldo Baumar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 73 minutes on the clock, Nicolas Dorio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Itatí fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! After 84 minutes, Dante Micael made it 5-2 with a short kick to the right side. Facundo's Arnaldo Baumar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Rodolfo Liberto came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Itatí fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Liberto couldn't finish the play. After 89 minutes, Dante Micael made it 6-2 with a short kick to the right side. Facundo's Arnaldo Baumar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dante Micael in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnaldo Baumar saved Facundo from getting behind. In the 94th minute Dante Micael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Baumar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
