Spectators: 6763 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Higinio Romildo kicked off to start the match. Artemio Loreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Romildo in the 4th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Primitivo Rolado fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 7 minutes into the game, Rosendo Roderigo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Defensores Fsa Unidos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Facundo the free kick. In the 7th match minute, Defensores Fsa Unidos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Roderigo to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Defensores Fsa Unidos's Artemio Loreto got control of the ball when Primitivo Rolado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Apolo Matthew charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Apolo Matthew the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Defensores Fsa Unidos booed when Facundo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Matthew didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Kelemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Baumar having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Artemio Loreto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 32 minutes into the game, Higinio Romildo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Artemio Loreto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35th minute, Primitivo Rolado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Efren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Baumar having to interfere. Carlos Kelemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Baumar having to interfere. Elias Efren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Arnaldo Baumar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Elias Efren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Defensores Fsa Unidos's supporters rose to their feet, but Elias Efren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnaldo Baumar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Higinio Romildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Loreto having to interfere. Apolo Matthew took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artemio Loreto. Artemio Loreto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Higinio Romildo put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Artemio Loreto. Primitivo Rolado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artemio Loreto having to make a save. Higinio Romildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Artemio Loreto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Primitivo Rolado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 minutes of play, Facundo's Higinio Romildo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artemio Loreto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Higinio Romildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Artemio Loreto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Facundo's Primitivo Rolado in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Defensores Fsa Unidos's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Defensores Fsa Unidos's Rosendo Roderigo got a free kick in the 78th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores Fsa Unidos's zone, Higinio Romildo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Loreto came out of the goal and Higinio Romildo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 82 minutes, Victor Dino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Defensores Fsa Unidos and the Facundo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 83 played minutes Defensores Fsa Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Victor Dino. Facundo's Ambrosio Tancredo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Defensores Fsa Unidos. Carlos Kelemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Arnaldo Baumar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 89 minutes, Elias Efren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores Fsa Unidos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elias Efren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Primitivo Rolado struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Artemio Loreto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Facundo. Facundo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
