In the 22ndth minute of the game Marciano Cerilo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Martes's Rolando Rio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rolando Rio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Cerilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Atletico Lamadrid's Jimeno Igon got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Moises Reno charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moises Reno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Mitxaut to make the kick off. Adrian Olo's late challenge caught a Deportivo Martes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Olo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Deportivo Martes booed when Atletico Lamadrid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Stanislao came out of the goal and Hector Flor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Mitxaut in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Stanislao saved Atletico Lamadrid from getting behind. Marciano Cerilo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Rolando Rio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jimeno Igon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marciano Cerilo struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Rolando Rio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico Lamadrid. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
