Spectators: 6907 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1402, VIP seats: 101) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jacinto Phelipe took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 10th minute Jacinto Phelipe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fermin Naelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 played minutes Chiefs got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Leguizamón. 13 minutes into the match, Chiefs's goalkeeper Fermin Naelio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ermegildo Tirso. If Hugo Malvin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fermin Naelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Phelipe in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Chiefs's goalkeeper Fermin Naelio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ermegildo Tirso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Phelipe in the 25th minute of play forced Chiefs's goalkeeper Fermin Naelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Kenai F.C.'s Geronimo Vidal tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jacinto Phelipe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Naelio having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geronimo Vidal during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of Kenai F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chiefs:s goal. In the 36th minute there was a penalty for Chiefs. Rafael Sansone stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rolando Gines. 1-1. Honorio Estebano kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Rafael Sansone was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 40th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Rolando Gines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Malvin in the 43rd minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Conrado Pancho was the one to do the kick off. If Ermegildo Tirso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nereo Guerau hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Rolando Gines acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 61st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Rafael Sansone. After a rather tough play, Kenai F.C.'s Nereo Guerau got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Fermin Naelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Tirso in the 67th minute of the match. Nereo Guerau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Naelio having to interfere. Fermin Naelio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nereo Guerau, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Eduardo Leguizamón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute, Ermegildo Tirso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 75 minutes of play, Kenai F.C.'s Ermegildo Tirso made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fermin Naelio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ermegildo Tirso might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fermin Naelio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ermegildo Tirso ran back to his position shaking his head. Chiefs's Fermin Naelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Phelipe in the 85th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Malvin got free with Rolando Gines in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chiefs's Fermin Naelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Phelipe in the 89th minute of play. When Mariano Pere was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 90 minutes had been played. In the 90th match minute, Chiefs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Pere to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Phelipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Chiefs getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Eduardo Leguizamón hit a great ball. In the 97thth minute of the game Ermegildo Tirso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chiefs's Fermin Naelio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kenai F.C. had played much better football throughout.
