If Lino Lore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Pelayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Ulises Senio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulises Senio made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Epifanio Tallia sent off a good shot on target. After 7 played minutes Varices FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Gudesteo. If Lino Lore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. TONGA BOYS's Primitivo Cefero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Lore in the 15th minute of play. Primitivo Cefero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugenio Navarro's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Gustavo Pelayo struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Ulises Senio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TONGA BOYS. If Eugenio Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 30th play minutes Eugenio Navarro shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Primitivo Cefero and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Pelayo in the 40th minute of play forced Varices FC's goalkeeper Ulises Senio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Eugenio Navarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Cefero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lino Lore made a kick off. Tomas Rosio's late challenge caught a TONGA BOYS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Rosio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 51st minute, Tomas Rosio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Epifanio Tallia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulises Senio having to interfere. Erubiel Mikolas hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute, Faustino Eguzki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Navarro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Primitivo Cefero skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in TONGA BOYS's zone, Lino Lore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Cefero came out of the goal and Lino Lore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the game, Lino Lore recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Primitivo Cefero. Lino Lore showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Epifanio Tallia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulises Senio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Pelayo in the 70th minute of the match. Edgardo Gudesteo's late challenge caught a TONGA BOYS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgardo Gudesteo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lino Lore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Epifanio Tallia came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the TONGA BOYS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Epifanio Tallia couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute Gustavo Pelayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Senio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Primitivo Cefero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugenio Navarro in the 93rd minute. Eugenio Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Varices FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
