David Romano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejo Tono hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Pierini's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rogelio Sedeni in the 90th minute. A nice corner shot did that Rogelio Sedeni got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Conrado Eguerdi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fabio Tuste made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Kismi in the 93rd minute of play. David Romano was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Pierini's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Pierini's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
