After a rather tough play, Pierini's Sixto Faro got a free kick in the 32nd minute. David Romano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Milian in the 39th minute of play forced C. A. Maquina's goalkeeper Carmelo Tono to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Guaberto Rozarius made the kick off in the second half. Fabio Tuste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustino Gau in the 52nd minute of the match. Pierini's supporters rose to their feet, but David Romano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carmelo Tono breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carmelo Tono was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mario Txerran showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 82 minute of play. David Romano might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carmelo Tono. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Romano ran back to his position shaking his head. Mario Txerran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Carmelo Tono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
