Nestor Quirze didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 3rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. The Catenaccio F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Catenaccio F.C.'s zone, Gavino Mano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nestor Quirze came out of the goal and Gavino Mano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orlando Quintun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jesus Transito in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rosendo Ibañez saved Tránsito AFC from getting behind. Jesus Transito succeeded in the game's 33rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. After 37 played minutes Catenaccio F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Oro. With a little luck, Catenaccio F.C.'s Nestor Quirze got control of the ball when Gavino Mano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gavino Mano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jesus Transito stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Catenaccio F.C.'s Bonifacio Perutxo got a free kick in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Catenaccio F.C.'s Orlando Quintun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rosendo Ibañez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rosendo Ibañez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Transito in the 58th minute of play. Nestor Quirze didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnoldo Romo went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. In the 85th minute, Erubiel Hernando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rosendo Ibañez was a little too slow when Jesus Transito got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 3-3. Erubiel Hernando was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 96th match minute, Tránsito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Hernando to maneuver through the defense. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
