Spectators: 6665 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 0) CASTELAR FC's Gogo Rainerio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Catenaccio F.C.'s Nestor Quirze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Rainerio in the 4th minute of play. Orlando Quintun was extremely unlucky when he, in the 7th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The crowd rose to their feet as Catenaccio F.C.'s Jesus Transito slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ruperto Xabel. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Rafael Berdoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. CASTELAR FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Berdoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Quirze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nestor Quirze stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gogo Rainerio's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. After some careless play in the Catenaccio F.C. defense, Gogo Rainerio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nestor Quirze. The Catenaccio F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nestor Quirze should have stopped the shot. Orlando Quintun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Xabel having to interfere. In the 28th minute, one of Catenaccio F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Catenaccio F.C.. Ruperto Xabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Transito in the 35th minute of the match. With a little luck, CASTELAR FC's Ruperto Xabel got control of the ball when Orlando Quintun tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 47 minutes, Orlando Quintun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Catenaccio F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Quintun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jesus Transito to make the kick off. Catenaccio F.C.'s Nestor Quirze proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Catenaccio F.C. from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Gogo Rainerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. CASTELAR FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gogo Rainerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Quirze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rafael Berdoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, CASTELAR FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Transito came free, but Ruperto Xabel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Gogo Rainerio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nestor Quirze was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Catenaccio F.C.'s Nestor Quirze proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Catenaccio F.C. from getting a goal against them. Ruperto Xabel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jesus Transito's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Saul Cedro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CASTELAR FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Catenaccio F.C. the free kick. A collision led to CASTELAR FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Saul Cedro hit a great ball. In the 84th match minute, CASTELAR FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Michael to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by CASTELAR FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pastor Quinteros was slow to take the kick. During this time Catenaccio F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Pastor Quinteros almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CASTELAR FC's Ruperto Xabel did a great save. If Aurelio Michael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CASTELAR FC played a much better game than Catenaccio F.C. and deserved their victory. The Catenaccio F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
