After a defensive mix-up in Carrenleufú FC's zone, Angel Rameriz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teo Laurendi came out of the goal and Angel Rameriz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teo Laurendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Formerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Angel Rameriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eulalio Quintyn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Andres Udalaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eulalio Quintyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Udalaitz having to interfere. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 24th minute, but Teo Laurendi got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Carrenleufú FC hanging dry this time. Teo Laurendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Formerio in the 25th minute of the match. The supporters of Carrenleufú FC booed when Rincón FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blas Mendebal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andres Udalaitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Quintyn, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The Rincón FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andres Udalaitz should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Carrenleufú FC's Moises Medardo got a free kick in the 47th minute. 49 minutes into the match, Angel Rameriz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Teo Laurendi, 1-1.

Blas Mendebal charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blas Mendebal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Carrenleufú FC booed when Rincón FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blas Mendebal didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Apolo Formerio during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 65 played minutes Rincón FC got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Formerio. Andres Udalaitz was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Gualterio Hermelando capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gualterio Hermelando really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Eulalio Quintyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Udalaitz having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Gualterio Hermelando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andres Udalaitz was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. After 83 minutes, Romeo Egoitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carrenleufú FC and the Rincón FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Apolo Formerio couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Carrenleufú FC's Ermegildo Fliz got a free kick in the 94th minute. Apolo Formerio spun around in front of the goal 95 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Carrenleufú FC's goal. After having played for 97 minutes, Angel Rameriz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rincón FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angel Rameriz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teo Laurendi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angel Rameriz went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
