Celso Garcia might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rosendo Ibañez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celso Garcia ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celso Garcia got free with Rosendo Ibañez in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute of the match Valentin Lorien shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rosendo Ibañez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 25th match minute, Saraza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Garcia to maneuver through the defense. Tránsito AFC's Rosendo Ibañez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Garcia in the 28th minute of play. After having played for 31 minutes, Arnoldo Romo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tránsito AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnoldo Romo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rosendo Ibañez came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Saraza's Celso Garcia. But to his dismay, Celso Garcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Rosendo Ibañez was a little too slow when Celso Garcia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 3-0. Celso Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Nicolas Irrintzi took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Rosendo Ibañez to make any attempt to save it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celso Garcia was the one to do the kick off. Rosendo Ibañez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Opilano, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After having played for 55 minutes, Celso Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosendo Ibañez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Celso Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Ibañez having to interfere. Rosendo Ibañez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Irrintzi in the 74th minute of the match. Saraza's Celso Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Celso Garcia sped through Tránsito AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rosendo Ibañez. Vladimiro Opilano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Rosendo Ibañez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Ibañez having to interfere. In the 87thth minute of the game Celso Garcia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tránsito AFC's Rosendo Ibañez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 90th match minute, Tránsito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Hernando to maneuver through the defense.
