When Teo Chabier came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Gessler fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teo Chabier couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Catenaccio F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Silvano Orkatz came free, but Nestor Quirze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Niceto Peio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gessler's Eulalio Delfino couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Catenaccio F.C.. Niceto Peio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Nestor Quirze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Gessler's goalkeeper Ascencio Viego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orlando Quintun. In the 44th match minute, Catenaccio F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelino Mambru to maneuver through the defense. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niceto Peio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Niceto Peio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nestor Quirze. In the 60th minute, Niceto Peio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nestor Quirze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Orkatz, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute Rodolfo Loi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ascencio Viego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelino Mambru charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelino Mambru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Catenaccio F.C.'s Marcelino Mambru got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Eulalio Delfino sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Catenaccio F.C.'s Nestor Quirze didn't even have to move. After 95 minutes of play, Gessler's Niceto Peio made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nestor Quirze was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gessler's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
