Pico y Pala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victorino Pasqual was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victorino Pasqual in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luisito Mateo saved Pico y Pala from getting behind. After 12 played minutes Pico y Pala got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Escobar. Kurt Apelkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luisito Mateo having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Roque Guillelmo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luisito Mateo was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Lechón rengo's Atilano Damario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Lechón rengo from getting a goal against them. Atilano Damario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Escobar in the 18th minute of play. Gregorio Maurino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Atilano Damario came out and tried to block the shot, but Gregorio Maurino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 19th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pico y Pala's zone, Victorino Pasqual stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luisito Mateo came out of the goal and Victorino Pasqual tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Lechón rengo booed when Pico y Pala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Calvet didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Lechón rengo fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Lechón rengo's Victorino Pasqual looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 27th minute, Lisandro Ranolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Lechón rengo's Atilano Damario got control of the ball when Haroldo Senin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 35 minutes, Victorino Pasqual managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lechón rengo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorino Pasqual was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luisito Mateo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victorino Pasqual went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Victorino Pasqual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 43 minutes, Victorino Pasqual made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Pico y Pala's Luisito Mateo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denis Cefero to make the kick off. Luisito Mateo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victorino Pasqual went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Luisito Mateo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victorino Pasqual's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. A collision led to Pico y Pala getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Gregorio Maurino hit a great ball. In the 61st minute, Lechón rengo's Roque Guillelmo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. Atilano Damario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Cefero in the 67th minute of the match. Victorino Pasqual who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Luisito Mateo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Victorino Pasqual sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Pico y Pala's Luisito Mateo got control of the ball when Kurt Apelkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Roque Guillelmo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Luisito Mateo, 1-7. Luisito Mateo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 86th minute, which inside left pole to 1-8. Ciprian Chetrutã kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. With his leg Luisito Mateo managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Lechón rengo's Victorino Pasqual fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Roque Guillelmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Pico y Pala fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lechón rengo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
