After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Flavio Ellande managed to get in a good position for a shot. La nueva 12's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Ellande was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filiberto Serafo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 6 minutes, Fidel Frisco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hell Fire Club and the La nueva 12 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The goalkeeper, Filiberto Serafo, was totally fooled by La nueva 12's Julio Calisto, who 7 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Gerardo Joey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 14 minutes into the game, Flavio Ellande recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Filiberto Serafo. Flavio Ellande showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Flavio Ellande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Filiberto Serafo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hernan Isauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Urtungo having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Leopoldo Refugio managed to get in a good position for a shot. La nueva 12's Romulo Urtungo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Isauro in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Gerardo Joey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavio Ellande was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 30th minute. La nueva 12's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 32nd minute, Leopoldo Refugio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in La nueva 12's zone, Leopoldo Refugio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romulo Urtungo came out of the goal and Leopoldo Refugio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as La nueva 12's Gerardo Joey slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Filiberto Serafo. That made the score 3-0 after 39 minutes of play. With a little luck, Hell Fire Club's Filiberto Serafo got control of the ball when Gerardo Joey tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gerardo Joey struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Filiberto Serafo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La nueva 12. Gerardo Joey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flavio Ellande stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leopoldo Refugio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvestre Chuan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filiberto Serafo having to make a save. Flavio Ellande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hernan Isauro in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Romulo Urtungo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 76 played minutes Hell Fire Club got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Refugio. When Flavio Ellande came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the La nueva 12 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Ellande couldn't finish the play. Flavio Ellande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Serafo having to interfere. Hell Fire Club's Filiberto Serafo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Ellande in the 96th minute of play.
