Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd match minute, Lopis Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Arixo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Lopis Fc's zone, Domingos Loren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erubiel Mercurio came out of the goal and Domingos Loren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pascual Telmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Erubiel Mercurio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudio Alvarez hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. If Silvio Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Domingos Loren came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Garupá FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domingos Loren couldn't finish the play. Evaristo Arixo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Virgilio Bidari came out and tried to block the shot, but Evaristo Arixo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 28th minute. Domingos Loren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 47 played minutes, Garupá FC's Celso Franco shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erubiel Mercurio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Garupá FC reached it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pascual Telmo was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Abelardo Baristo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lopis Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abelardo Baristo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Lopis Fc's Gabriel Bemabe got a free kick in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafino Ipar in the 61st minute of play forced Lopis Fc's goalkeeper Erubiel Mercurio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgilio Bidari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Ramos in the 66th minute of the match. Garupá FC's Virgilio Bidari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Arixo in the 68th minute of play. If Eusebio Onofre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaristo Arixo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Virgilio Bidari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evaristo Arixo in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Virgilio Bidari prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingos Loren got free with Erubiel Mercurio in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Garupá FC's Virgilio Bidari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Arixo in the 90th minute of play. A collision led to Lopis Fc getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Adrian Beturian hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, Garupá FC's Pascual Telmo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erubiel Mercurio. Erubiel Mercurio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. When the match was over Garupá FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lopis Fc throughout the match.
