Mariano Adrio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo George in the 18th minute of the match. Diego Gauargi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Mingo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Lluis charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Felix Lluis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Dark Reaction:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of C.A. Independiente:s goal. 1-0 came through a penalty shot after 26 played minutes, when C.A. Independiente:s Edelmiro Diegotxe calmly waited for Dark Reaction:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Marco Mosen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Mariano Adrio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ubaldo Mingo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Gauargi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Mingo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute, Segundo Karmel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
