The supporters of Triperos Futbol Club booed when FIDALGO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Oliveiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute, Leonardo Roano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rigoberto Paez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After having played for 8 minutes, Froilan Llorian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FIDALGO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Froilan Llorian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonardo Roano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulino Ongile hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Triperos Futbol Club's Timoteo Jacob played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Llorian in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Triperos Futbol Club's Jeronimo Bartolome got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute Zacarias Eguen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Jacob saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Leonardo Roano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Bernabe Claude managed to get in a good position for a shot. Triperos Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernabe Claude was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rigoberto Paez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 37 minutes into the match, Triperos Futbol Club's Bernabe Claude sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rigoberto Paez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 37 minutes, Blas Tiniebra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FIDALGO FC and the Triperos Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute, Blas Tiniebra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zacarias Eguen hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Bernabe Claude recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zacarias Eguen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jeronimo Bartolome recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 54 minutes into the match, FIDALGO FC's goalkeeper Rigoberto Paez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernabe Claude. Timoteo Jacob took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Llorian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulino Ongile fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Paez having to interfere. FIDALGO FC's Rigoberto Paez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save FIDALGO FC from getting a goal against them. In the 78th minute, Bernabe Claude got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FIDALGO FC's Froilan Llorian got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rigoberto Paez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulino Ongile in the 92nd minute. When the final whistle sounded Triperos Futbol Club left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FIDALGO FC.
