Twister FC's Javier Abajas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Theodore in the 22nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Eliseo Indar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jose Urtsin. That made the score 1-1 in the 26 minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Twister FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Maurino came free, but Javier Abajas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Frascuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Javier Abajas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, C.A. Laureles Argentinos's Samuel Cortez got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Lorenzo Theodore struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Javier Abajas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. Laureles Argentinos. The supporters of Twister FC booed when C.A. Laureles Argentinos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Maurino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute Lorenzo Theodore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Abajas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorenzo Theodores short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Javier Abajas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jose Urtsin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Indar in the 80th minute of play. A hard shot 83 in the game by Lorenzo Theodore from a close distance when the talented Javier Abajas managed to make a qualified save. Twister FC's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Lorenzo Theodore took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Javier Abajas to make any attempt to save it. Twister FC's Javier Abajas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Twister FC from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute C.A. Laureles Argentinos were awarded a corner. Samuel Cortez went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Samuel Cortez almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Twister FC's Javier Abajas did a great save. In the 92nd minute of the match, Lorenzo Theodore tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Javier Abajas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
