After having played for 9 minutes, Elvio Nuno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reggae's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elvio Nuno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorge Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Ubendu, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Mauricio Resto kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Godfredo Endura was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Sergio Vigil capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sergio Vigil really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Desiderio Roano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sergio Vigil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aaron Elazar struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Godfredo Endura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sacachispas FC. Sacachispas FC's Honorio Asur shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 34th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Godfredo Endura but with some difficulty. In the 37th minute, Timoteo Sanduru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Desiderio Roano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Godfredo Endura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sergio Vigil to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Sergio Vigil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Godfredo Endura was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After 55 minutes of play, Sacachispas FC's Sergio Vigil made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Godfredo Endura was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Reggae's zone, Paulo Batista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godfredo Endura came out of the goal and Paulo Batista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Sergio Vigil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Godfredo Endura was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. If Sergio Vigil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergio Vigil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Godfredo Endura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Sacachispas FC booed when Reggae was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Sanduru didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sacachispas FC's goalkeeper Jorge Sidro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sergio Vigil took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Godfredo Endura. Godfredo Endura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. Sergio Vigil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Godfredo Endura having to make a save. In the 91st minute of the match Honorio Asur shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Godfredo Endura showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Esteban Ubendu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Jorge Sidro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sacachispas FC's Leonel Chano got a free kick in the 95th minute. There was no doubt that Sacachispas FC were the better team. Sacachispas FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
