Fermin Cuarto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Abajas having to interfere. In the 10thth minute of the game Oscar Bladi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Twister FC's Javier Abajas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to El Glorioso getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Erasmo Furman hit a great ball. Cristian Gabino came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Twister FC's Eliseo Indar. But to his dismay, Eliseo Indar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute Eliseo Indar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Gabino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Twister FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Arnaldo Llorienzo hit a great ball. Fermin Cuarto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Javier Abajas made a huge save. Fermin Cuarto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Abajas having to interfere. If Oscar Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Javier Abajas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Bladi, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 44 minutes of play, Twister FC's Eliseo Indar made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristian Gabino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Oscar Bladi made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Twister FC's Edgardo Santxol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristian Gabino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. El Glorioso's Fermin Cuarto got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgardo Santxol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Cristian Gabino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Indar in the 72nd minute of play forced El Glorioso's goalkeeper Cristian Gabino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77thth minute of the game Fermin Cuarto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Twister FC's Javier Abajas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fermin Cuarto in the 78th minute of play forced Twister FC's goalkeeper Javier Abajas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Twister FC's zone, Fermin Cuarto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Javier Abajas came out of the goal and Fermin Cuarto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 82 minutes into the match, Twister FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Cuarto came free, but Javier Abajas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Elodio hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute of the match Generoso Quinito sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Javier Abajas skillfully saved the ball. In the 90th match minute, Twister FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Llorienzo to maneuver through the defense. El Glorioso's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Generoso Quinito in the 93rd minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Twister FC's goalie and right to Ruperto Matteo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Twister FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If Oscar Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Twister FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
