Eliseo Indar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amado Jon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Rolando Martino who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Javier Abajas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Javier Abajas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Taurino, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
