Guayquiraro FC's Elvio Montay got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 4 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Fidencio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dinamo Nob's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guayquiraro FC the free kick. In the 4th match minute, Dinamo Nob was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Fidencio to maneuver through the defense. Albano Fonda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldomiro Donostia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Nunez Meder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guayquiraro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nunez Meder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cecilio Cutberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elvio Montay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cecilio Cutberto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Nunez Meder might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Cutberto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nunez Meder ran back to his position shaking his head. Cecilio Cutberto was a little too slow when Nunez Meder got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 1-0. Nunez Meder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Cecilio Cutberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nunez Meder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cecilio Cutberto having to interfere. If Elvio Montay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Albano Fonda came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Dinamo Nob fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albano Fonda couldn't finish the play. Elvio Montay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Meder in the 53rd minute of play forced Dinamo Nob's goalkeeper Cecilio Cutberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albano Fonda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Baldomiro Donostia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Guayquiraro FC's Elvio Montay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cecilio Cutberto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cecilio Cutberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Meder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oscar Garaile might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Baldomiro Donostia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oscar Garaile ran back to his position shaking his head. If Nunez Meder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Dinamo Nob's Enzo Oihenarte got a free kick in the 81st minute. When Oscar Garaile fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dinamo Nob's protests and gave Oscar Garaile a yellow card for diving instead. After 83 played minutes Dinamo Nob got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Garaile. Elvio Montay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Cecilio Cutberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Guayquiraro FC's Nunez Meder sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cecilio Cutberto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Guayquiraro FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
