Spectators: 7188 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 100) Ezpeleta F.C.'s Luisito Daunte started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Desiderio Roano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godofredo Garaona during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Paulo Batista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aaron Elazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Rafe having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabricio Mateo in the 13th minute of play forced Sacachispas FC's goalkeeper Jorge Sidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Sidro came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Ezpeleta F.C.'s Luisito Daunte. But to his dismay, Luisito Daunte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jorge Sidro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Bide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Daunte, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron Elazar during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sacachispas FC's Jorge Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Bide in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, Ezpeleta F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Barto to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Aaron Elazar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aaron Elazar took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulino Rafe. Paulino Rafe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Ismael Bartuelo came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Sacachispas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Bartuelo couldn't finish the play. 42 minutes into the match, Sacachispas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cesar Bide came free, but Jorge Sidro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Daunte in the 45th minute of play forced Sacachispas FC's goalkeeper Jorge Sidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th match minute, Sacachispas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Elazar to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergio Vigil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Sacachispas FC got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Elazar. Jorge Sidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Florinio in the 55th minute of play. Sacachispas FC's Jorge Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Daunte in the 57th minute of play. Aaron Elazar was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Sacachispas FC's Aaron Elazar got a free kick in the 59th minute. Domingos Naike kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Florinio in the 70th minute of play forced Sacachispas FC's goalkeeper Jorge Sidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulino Rafe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Vigil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 minutes, Paulo Batista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sacachispas FC and the Ezpeleta F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sacachispas FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Paulo Batista hit a great ball. In the 78th minute of the match Domingos Naike sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge Sidro skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sergio Vigil in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulino Rafe saved Ezpeleta F.C. from getting behind. In the 81st match minute, Ezpeleta F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Daunte to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Florinio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute, Domingos Naike hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sergio Vigil came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Sacachispas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergio Vigil couldn't finish the play. After having played for 93 minutes, Desiderio Roano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sacachispas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Desiderio Roano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ezpeleta F.C.'s Rodrigo Florinio got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
