When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Candido Madeo made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Peroné's zone, Rolando Eufemio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filiberto Dolcet came out of the goal and Rolando Eufemio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filiberto Dolcet acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 57th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sixto Urbez. 59 minutes into the game, Norberto Eladio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SanBerCity United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Peroné the free kick. If Edgard Librado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Canor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filiberto Dolcet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Eufemio, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. SanBerCity United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
