After 7 minutes, Justino Herena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piñeyro and the End of the World Train players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th match minute, Piñeyro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Herena to maneuver through the defense. After 10 minutes of play, Piñeyro's Narciso Favila made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Hibai was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Justino Herena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Dante Kusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Hibai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justino Herena struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Dionisio Hibai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piñeyro. In the 20th minute Narciso Favila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Hibai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justino Herena scored 2-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dionisio Hibai, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 29 minutes, Aureliano Argenis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. End of the World Train's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aureliano Argenis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cornelio Checa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Sanchez, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After some careless play in the Piñeyro defense, Aureliano Argenis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cornelio Checa. The Piñeyro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cornelio Checa should have stopped the shot. Anselmo Sanchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Checa having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 51st match minute, Piñeyro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Dunixi to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Piñeyro's zone, Aureliano Argenis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelio Checa came out of the goal and Aureliano Argenis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aureliano Argenis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Checa having to interfere. After 62 minutes of play, End of the World Train's Aureliano Argenis made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cornelio Checa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute, Aureliano Argenis made a precise shot to the right of Cornelio Checa. Piñeyro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 71stth minute of the game Anselmo Sanchez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piñeyro's Cornelio Checa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Aureliano Argenis managed to get in a good position for a shot. End of the World Train's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureliano Argenis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornelio Checa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Anselmo Sanchez came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the End of the World Train fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Sanchez couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the End of the World Train defense, Justino Herena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dionisio Hibai. The End of the World Train fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dionisio Hibai should have stopped the shot. 87 minutes into the match, Piñeyro's goalkeeper Cornelio Checa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aureliano Argenis. Dionisio Hibai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Favila, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Narciso Favila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Hibai having to interfere.
