Florencio Leguizamón received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Angelino Elequemedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remigio Dino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angelino Elequemedo having to make a save. In the 5th match minute, Quilumpa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Hori to maneuver through the defense. After 7 played minutes Matilde FC got a freekick which was hit by Roman Silvanito. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Beat in the 11th minute of play forced Matilde FC's goalkeeper Eloy Kinsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th minute, Santiago Beat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Matilde FC defense, Nereo Evangelista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eloy Kinsen. The Matilde FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eloy Kinsen should have stopped the shot. When Nereo Evangelista got free in front of the goal in the 23rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Eloy Kinsen was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quilumpa's goalkeeper Angelino Elequemedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Florencio Leguizamón received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Angelino Elequemedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remigio Dino succeeded in the game's 33rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Matilde FC's Remigio Dino was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 37th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Florencio Leguizamón made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Florencio Leguizamón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Elequemedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Nereo Evangelista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 57th minute of the match Roman Silvanito shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelino Elequemedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 60th minute, Santiago Beat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eloy Kinsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Quilumpa's Angelino Elequemedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Leguizamón in the 66th minute of play. After 69 minutes, Santiago Beat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quilumpa and the Matilde FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Quilumpa's Santiago Beat got a free kick in the 69th minute. Florencio Leguizamón sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Saverio Hori was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 76 minutes had been played. In the 76th match minute, Quilumpa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Hori to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the game, Ciriaco Luzea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quilumpa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matilde FC the free kick. Remigio Dino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Elequemedo having to interfere. Florencio Leguizamón recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute, Remigio Dino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Matilde FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2.
