With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonides Seme in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Sal saved C. A. Sangre y Barro from getting behind. Zeledon Remicio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Sal having to make a save. If Zeledon Remicio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saturnino Benvido charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saturnino Benvido the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of C. A. Sangre y Barro booed when Garrayalde FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Benvido didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cecilio Ibañez was the one to do the kick off. Garrayalde FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. A. Sangre y Barro the free kick. Cayetano Pacho hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match.
