In the 19th minute, Abelardo Florinio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fernando Cruz, passed just outside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Garrayalde FC's zone, Jairo Galindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Galindo ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Abelardo Florinio managed to get in a good position for a shot. ÑANDUBAY's supporters rose to their feet, but Abelardo Florinio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Cruz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fernando Cruz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Galindo in the 32nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victorino Weterio during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Garrayalde FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Victorino Weterio hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Jairo Galindo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Abelardo Florinio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
