Nereo Evangelista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Anibal Xabat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tiburcio Baumer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelino Elequemedo was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Luisito Baristo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luisito Baristo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Anibal Xabat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Evangelista in the 19th minute of play. Tiburcio Baumer who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Angelino Elequemedo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tiburcio Baumer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Tiburcio Baumer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delmar Sabin during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Quilumpa got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Sabin. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nereo Evangelista was the one to do the kick off. Luisito Baristo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute of the match Benicio Quin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelino Elequemedo skillfully saved the ball. 86 minutes into the match, SC Quarz United's goalkeeper Anibal Xabat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santiago Beat. In the 89th minute Nereo Evangelista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Xabat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Xabat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Evangelista in the 89th minute of the match. Tiburcio Baumer struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Angelino Elequemedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Quarz United. Saverio Hori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Xabat having to interfere. If Delmar Sabin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice moves Santiago Beat could shoot a difficult shot in the 99th minute, which Anibal Xabat however easily saved by the left post.
