Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nereo Frantzes kicked off to start the match. 10 minutes into the match, Soitué's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Sansone came free, but Raul Cristofor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Soitué's zone, Nereo Frantzes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raul Cristofor came out of the goal and Nereo Frantzes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Vicente Sansone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Esteve Qwinton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nereo Frantzes in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raul Cristofor saved Soitué from getting behind. Nereo Frantzes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nereo Frantzes ran back to his position shaking his head. Ezequiel Loreto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Maurin in the 45th minute of play. Soitué were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Philipps AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gaudencio Berdoi took the corner. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leandro Maurin was the one to do the kick off. Igor Azevedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Ezequiel Loreto made a huge save. A collision led to Philipps AFC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Vicente Sansone hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Philipps AFC's Vicente Sansone got a free kick in the 57th minute. If Nereo Frantzes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 played minutes Philipps AFC got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Leocadio. Nereo Frantzes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Cristofor having to interfere. After having played for 67 minutes, Vicente Sansone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Philipps AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vicente Sansone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute, Nereo Frantzes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Philipps AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 79 minutes into the game, Eliseo Abilio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Philipps AFC's Vicente Sansone quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Nereo Frantzes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Raul Cristofor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 88 minutes, Nereo Frantzes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 91st minute, Baldomero Solustiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nereo Frantzes got in the 92nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Raul Cristofor handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Vicente Sansone scored 3-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raul Cristofor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Philipps AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
